This is a rustified Montana mandolin, with an unpredictably beautiful stressed look to the wood stain. The sound of this instrument in particular benefited substantially from the removal of its plastic coating.

This mandolin features strange keys from forgotten buildings, and equally strange metal number plates from God don't even know where. Also features an antique skeleton keyhole plate underneath the strings.
The headstock features acid-treated tuning pegs, and rusty gears and plates from Father Time's garage sale.
